July 8, 2008Today we got to the Grand Canyon! It was amazing. This was the first time I had been to see it. The rocks in the Grand Canyon are mostly made up of limestone and sandstone. While we were there we were very lucky to see around eight Condors. Condors are the biggest birds in North America. When they stand they are 4 feet tall and their wingspan is up to 9 feet!! They were pretty amazing!
